CLARENDON HILLS – The Clarendon Hills Park District's annual Prospect Park campfire will light up the night skies across Clarendon Hills between 6 and 8 p.m. Oct. 11.

Local residents are invited to the Prospect Park Council Ring for the campfire, a marshmallow roast, lemonade and a traditional sing-a-long. In addition, a professional storyteller will be on hand, sharing scary ghost stories and tales of old.

Guests are asked to bring along a roasting stick for marshmallows and a flashlight. The Clarendon Hills Park District will provide the snacks.

This event is free of charge and is being presented to the community by the recreation staff of the Clarendon Hills Park District.
