LOMBARD – Two students from Glenbard East High School were named commended students in the National Merit Scholarship program; district-wide, 24 students were recognized with the distinction.

Wendi Guraziu and Errol Kaylor were honored from Glenbard East.

Commended students do not advance in the National Merit Scholarship competition, but they are recognized for being in the top five percent of students who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
