Mécénat hosts pig roast in Western Springs Sunday

WESTERN SPRINGS – Mécénat Bistro is hosting an end-of-summer pig roast Sunday. 

The event starts at 11 a.m. outside the restaurant, 821 W. Burlington Ave., and will include a bags tournament and live viewing of the Bears game. 

The meal consists of an entree of pork, fried perch, fried chicken or smoked sausage and two sides, with options of corn, green beans, hush puppies, fries, coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. 

The cost to attend the event is $15 for adults and $8 for children. Reservations are recommended, but walkups are also welcome.
