Alzheimer's Association to host educational program on caregiver stress relief

NORTH RIVERSIDE – The Greater Illinois Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association will host an educational program entitled “Relief for the Stressed-Out Caregiver” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at The Scottish Home in North Riverside, according to a news release from the association.

The program will address the causes, signs and symptoms of stress that caregivers to those with memory loss might encounter and will provide participants with stress-reduction strategies, the release said.
