WEST CHICAGO – With its new "Mosio" service, the West Chicago Public Library District continues to expand its use of technology to provide support in ways that are accessible to its patrons.

Mosio was formerly called the "Text a Librarian" service. Now, librarians will have the ability to respond quickly to text messages, web chats and emails through a single, web-based dashboard.

Patrons can find Mosio on the library’s main web page at The "Ask a Question" tab is located on the far right side of the screen.

Library users are welcome to make an appointment to bring in their devices for a demonstration by contacting Adult Services at 630-231-1552 ext. 4.
