Deadline to donate books to library fundraiser Sept. 22

WHEATON – The deadline for donations to the Friends Book Sale is fast approaching for those who wish to give books, audio books, DVDs, VHS tapes and more, according to a Wheaton Public Library news release.

The sale, which will take place from Sept. 25 through 29, is one of the biggest fundraisers held to benefit the library and often generates between $20,000 to $25,000 each year, according to library Assistant Director Carolyn DeAre.
