Local Eagle Scout completes project by recycling in Westmont

WESTMONT – Michael Donahue will complete his Eagle Scout Project this Saturday with a free electronics recycling event.

Sponsored by the Westmont Park District, the event will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ty Warner Park in the overflow parking lot at the corner of Plaza and Blackhawk drives.

Acceptable electronics include computers, laptops, monitors, cellphones, printers, scanners, keyboards, DVD players, typewriters, etc.
