District 113A to hold public hearing on budget Wednesday

LEMONT – The Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A Board of Education will address questions regarding its fiscal year 2014 budget before voting on it during the Board of Education meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Old Quarry Middle School, 16100 127th St., Lemont.

After questions from board members, the hearing will be open to public comment. Speakers are limited to three minutes.

The board is expected to vote on approval of the budget later in the meeting.

The proposed budget can be viewed online by going to, clicking on Board of Education Agendas on the right side and viewing the agenda for the Sept. 18 meeting. The budget is attached to the agenda.
