Letter: Schools should pay for stormwater services

Published: Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 4:00 p.m. CDT

To the Editor:

I have read that entities such as schools will be held accountable for stormwater run-off under the new rules.

I'm all for it.

The Manning School of Westmont has shown a wanton disregard of their neighbors by raising the grade and paving part of their playground, turning my and my neighbors' yards into a retention pond.

They suck up huge amounts of tax dollars, maybe this will be a wakeup call. Fix it or pay!
