Glenbard D-87 to discuss facility, program changes at community forums

All four high schools in Glenbard Township High School District 87 will host community forums this month to discuss plans for the district's facilities and programs.

The forums will focus on the district's 10-year Master Facility Plan, the use of instructional technology and extended lunch periods with academic supports.

Anyone in the community is welcome to attend the forums.

"We want the public’s feedback about our plans to improve Glenbard buildings and programs," a district news release said.

The forums will be held:

• Sept. 12 at Glenbard South, 23W200 Butterfield Road in Glen Ellyn• Sept. 17 at Glenbard North, 990 N. Kuhn Road in Carol Stream• Sept. 25 at Glenbard West, 670 Crescent Blvd. in Glen Ellyn• Sept. 26 at Glenbard East, 1014 S. Main St. in Lombard.

Each forum will begin at 6:30 p.m.
