Benet Class of 2013 posts composite ACT score of 28.7

LISLE – Benet Academy's Class of 2013 posted an average composite score of 28.7 on the ACT, according to a release from the Lisle school.

This is the 10th-consecutive year Benet Academy has posted a composite ACT score of 28 or higher, the release said. All Benet students take the exam during their junior year.

The Illinois composite average was 20.6 and nationwide the average was 20.9.

"It is gratifying to receive ongoing confirmation from standardized testing data that Benet students are being well-prepared for their collegiate studies," Benet Principal Stephen Marth said.
