Woodridge board looks to fill commissioner vacancies

WOODRIDGE – The village of Woodridge is looking to fill open commissioner positions.

Interviews for the vacancies will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday in the Executive Conference Room at Village Hall, 5 Plaza Drive.

There are currently two open positions, one with the Board of Police Commissions and one with the Plan Commission, according to Mayor Gina Cunningham.

"It doesnt ever hurt to apply and send in a resume," she said. "But it's really important to call and let us know you're interested."
