Lions Park Pool to close for 2013 aquatics season after this weekend

CLARENDON HILLS – The Clarendon Hills Park District's Lions Park Pool, 100 Byrd Court, will remain open through Monday as a way to beat the late summer heat wave.

The pool will remain open from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and has scheduled open swim hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Labor Day holiday schedule represents the final day of the 2013 aquatics season at Lions Park.

Daily admission rates for residents of Clarendon Hills are $9 for adults and $6 for youth ages 12 and under. Non-residents will be charged a $13 daily rate for adults and an $8 rate for youth ages 12 and under. The senior citizen charge is $5 per day.
