DOWNERS GROVE – The village of Downers Grove will host a ComEd town hall meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Public Works Building, 5101 Walnut Ave.

This is part of the village's ongoing effort to improve electricity service.

The purpose of this meeting will be to report on the progress made during the past year, according to the village. It is also an opportunity for residents to communicate their reliability concerns directly to ComEd Representatives.

An updated reliability report will be published prior to the meeting.

A list of these improvements made by ComEd and the village is available here: http://www.downers.us/res/utilities/comed

Residents unable to attend can comment or concern regarding ComEd reliability call Allison Deitch at 630-434-5525 or send an email to adeitch@downers.us.
