Kansas City Chiefs tight end Tony Moeaki might see his 2013 season come to a premature end after suffering a fractured shoulder during Saturday's preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Wheaton Warrenville South graduate was set to undergo more tests but could be placed on injured reserve, which would rule him out for the rest of the year.

Moeaki missed the 2011 season with a torn-ACL before returning last fall, where he caught 33 passes for 453 yards and one score.
