Football preview: Proviso West expects to contend in Silver

HILLSIDE – Proviso West has made the playoffs four years in a row and has enough talent to think they can make it five in a row. Led by Northern Illinois commit Denzel Tolliver, the Panthers are hoping to take the next step and contend for a West Suburban Silver title.
