Information in Police Reports is obtained from the Westmont Police Department. Individuals listed in Police Reports who have been charged with a crime have not been proven guilty in court.

Thefts reported

• Sometime between 4 p.m. Aug. 16 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 19, electronic equipment valued at $900 was reported stolen from an apartment in the 1400 block of Carriage Lane.

• Sometime between 6 p.m. Aug. 18 and 7 a.m. Aug. 20, tools valued at $2,100 were reported stolen from a garage in the 100 block of North Linden Avenue.

• Sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 19 and 6 p.m. Aug. 20, a pair of sunglass and CDs valued at $105 were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 5600 block of King Arthur Court.

• Sometime between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 21 and 8:30 a.m. Thursday, tools valued at $1,000 were reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Pasquinelli Drive.

Domestic battery alleged

• Domonique Watson, 27, of 1125 S. Florence Ave. Suite C, Westmont, was charged with domestic battery after she pushed a family member in the 1100 block of South Florence Avenue about 8:40 p.m. Aug. 21.

• John Douthard, 24, of 6721 Maple Lane No. 2, Westmont, was charged with domestic battery after he forcefully grabbed a family member in the 0-100 block of East Ogden Avenue about 7:45 p.m. Friday.

License violations

• Tayla Weathers, 40, of 8655 S. 87th Ave., Westmont, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 500 block of Oakmont Lane about 8:45 p.m. Aug. 20. She also was cited for speeding.

• Sandra Cunningham, 27, of 8940 Roberts Road, Hickory HIlls, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 300 block of East Ogden Avenue about 11:40 p.m. Aug. 20. She was also cited for improper lighting.

• Alyssa Cortese, 24, of 6719 Park Lane No. 4, Westmont, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 5900 block of South Cass Avenue about 6:40 p.m. Thursday.

• Katrina Sarovich, 18, of 828 East 14th Street, Lombard, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 1400 block of South Williams Street about 7:15 a.m. Friday. She also was cited for disobeying a traffic control device.

• Tanisha Wilcoxson, 34, of 1109 32nd Ave., Westmont, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 800 block of Pasquinelli Drive about 11:34 a.m. Friday. She also was cited for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.

• Jesus Lopez-Jaurequi, 28, of 2300 W. 23rd Street, No. 2F, Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Cass Avenue about 7:05 p.m. Sunday. He also was cited for expired registration.

DUI charges

• Tyler Leonhard, 23, of 231 6th Ave., LaGrange, was charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended driver’s license after a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Ogden Avenue about 8:40 p.m. Aug. 19. He also was cited for speeding, failing to signal when required and expired registration.

• Derrick Lewis, 46, of 819 S. 9th Ave., Maywood, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 1100 block of South Williams Street about 10:45 p.m. Saturday. He also was cited for improper lane usage.

Westmont woman
faces slew of charges

Jessica Hartfiel, 20, of 6705 Maple Lane, No. 5, Westmont, was charged with driving with a suspended license, resisting a police officer and criminal damage to property after a traffic stop in the 0-100 block of West 63rd Street about 12:10 a.m. Aug. 21. She also was cited for speeding, disobeying a police officer, improper turn, fleeing and eluding and reckless driving.
