ELMHURST – Two area nonprofits merged last month and named two Elmhurst residents to the Board of Directors.

United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Chicago (UCP) and Seguin Services merged to create UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago, a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of people of all ages with disabilities.

John Fitzpatrick and Matt Mulvihill, both of Elmhurst, will serve on the new board of directors.

UCP Seguin will maintain existing staff and facilities. John Voit, president and CEO of Seguin Services since 1998, will hold the same title with the new organization. Paul Dulle, UCP’s president and CEO for 20 years, will consult with the new organization and head up a new foundation to benefit UCP Seguin programs and enterprises
