Itasca library receives thousands in grant funding

ITASCA – The Itasca Community Library Youth Department recently received $2,500 in grant funding from the Illinois State Library, according to a news release from the Itasca Community Library.

The money was allocated to purchase materials about the human body, the release said.

Non-fiction books and DVDs about the subject for a wide range of ages have been purchased and will be on display in the Youth Department next month, according to the release.
