Young people donate time, money to Humanitarian Service Project

CAROL STREAM – Youth from St. Petronille, Visitation and Resurrection parishes recently volunteered at an event to support the Humanitarian Service Project's Feed the Kids project. Feed the Kids provides healthy groceries for impoverished families while their children are home for the summer. During the two days of the event, the volunteers packaged 100 25 pound boxes of food and sorted and organized 70 cases of meat. The young people also donated $200 to support Feed the Kids.
