Morton's Kevion Anderson: Making playoffs would start parade
BERWYN – Kevion Anderson didn't play football as a freshman, but once he came out for the team as a sophomore, he loved the sport. Anderson worked his way into a starting role last season, is one of the team captains this fall and has received early interest from small college programs. He will spend most of his time on the defensive line, but he will also be a backup on the offensive line and will play some special teams.
Santaromita: How much pressure is there to get to the playoffs?
Anderson: For us captains, I think there is a lot of pressure on us because this is our senior year. After this we’re done. This school hasn’t made playoffs in 30 years so if we make playoffs this year I know it will be amazing. That’s why we’re trying to do our best.
