The programs are mandatory for fall athletes and their guardians, but anyone is welcome to attend. Any family whose children are participating in fall sports unable to attend will need to make an appointment to watch a video from their school's meeting at a later date.

Glenbard West will host its program at 6:30 p.m. in the school auditorium, 670 Crescent Blvd., Glen Ellyn.

Glenbard South's meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in its auditorium, 23W200 Butterfield Road, Glen Ellyn.

Both programs will include a presentation from Aaron White titled "Training the Brain for Peak Performance." White is a leading researcher on the developing teen brain and former psychiatry professor at Duke University Medical Center.
