Police Reports: Lisle for Aug. 14

Assault charges

• Joseph Nucco, 53, of 1476 Pleasant Drive, Bartlett, was charged with assault after an investigation in the 4500 block of Hatch Lane about 7:29 a.m. Friday.

• Justin Rucker, 29, of 113 Marion Ave., Bartlett, was charged with assault after an investigation in the 4500 block of Hatch Lane about 7:29 a.m. Friday.

DUI charges

• Nicholas P. Maniates, 66, of 1009 Middleton Place, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a collision at 1026 Ogden Ave. about 7:30 p.m. Thursday. He also was cited for improper lane usage.

• Ahmet Sezer, 52, of 9911 W. 58th St., Countryside, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Maple and Walnut avenues about 1:16 a.m. Sunday.

Drug charge

Fatima Z. Merabet-Monteiro, 24, of 1216 Burlington Ave., Naperville, was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Ogden Avenue about 8:45 a.m. Aug. 6. She also was cited for driving with a suspended license.

Disorderly conduct

Celine S. Trnka, 43, of 6 S 565 Naper Boulevard, Naperville, was charged with disorderly conduct after an investigation in the 2300 block of Bayside Court about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

License violation

Michael T. Solano, 39, of 4262 Evergreen Drive, Lisle, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Ogden Avenue and Main Street at about 9:23 p.m. Saturday.
