Addison Park District hosts mud run clinic
ADDISON – The Addison Park District is offering rugged running training for those athletes that like more of a challenge.
The two-hour clinic works on mud running and obstacle course skills to prepare runners for challenging obstacle races. Runners build strength, dexterity and endurance using the course. Participants are encouraged to wear old clothes, shoes and a pair of gloves. Towels are also suggested.
The rugged run clinic is Aug. 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Club Fitness, 1776 W. Centennial Place.
