Police reports: Lemont for Aug. 9

Drug charges

• Brandon Timko, 32, of 825 Sixth Avenue, La Grange, was charged with possession of controlled substance, driving while license suspended and improper lane usage after a traffic stop at 3:58 p.m. July 29 in the 12300 block of New Avenue.

• Brewster Aldridge, 30, of 17438 Bluff Road, Lemont, was charged with possession of drug equipment, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked and disobeying a stop sign after a traffic stop at 6:21 p.m. Aug. 1 at Freehauf Street and Keepataw Drive.

Man charged with driving with suspended license

James Esposito, 18, of 20513 Acorn Ridge Drive, Frankfort, was charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and disobeying a traffic control device after a traffic stop at 6:58 p.m. Aug. 3 at Derby Road and Archer Avenue.

Juvenile charged with retail theft

A juvenile was charged with retail theft at 2:01 p.m. July 30 in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue.

Lemont man charged with battery

Angel Gines, 36, of 814 Singer Ave., was charged with battery after an incident at 3:25 a.m. Aug. 4 in the 800 block of Singer Avenue.

Juvenile punched by unknown offender

A juvenile was punched in the nose at 1:13 p.m. July 29 in the 1200 block of State Street.

Vehicles vandalized with paint

Tan colored paint was poured on the hood of a vehicle at 9:51 a.m. July 30 in the 15900 block of New Avenue and on the door and windows of another vehicle at 10:09 a.m. July 30 in the 16000 block of New Avenue.

Juveniles charged with property damage

Three juveniles were charged with criminal damage to property at 4:38 p.m. July 30 in the 400 block of McCarthy Road.
