BENSENVILLE – Four men are each being held on $50,000 bond in DuPage County Jail after allegedly mailing marijuana to a UPS facility in Bensenville.

David Byun, 29, of the 500 block of Daybreak Lane, Roundlake; Brian Panezich, 29, of the 0-100 block of Regent Court, Lake Zurich; Landry Park, 29 and Ted Park, 32, both of the 300 block of East Seegers Road, Arlington Heights were charged with marijuana trafficking and possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.

According to a news release from the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, the DuPage Metropolitan Enforcement Group (DuMEG) officials were notified of a suspicious package delivered to a UPS facility in Bensenville on Aug. 1. The package was addressed to a fictitious company owned by Byun. That day, Byun allegedly picked up the package and left in a vehicle driven by Panezich. Police stopped the car and found 12 pounds of marijuana in the package after a police dog alerted to it.

During an investigation, authorities learned that Landry Park had allegedly picked up another package from the UPS facility earlier that day. After stopping Landry Park and Ted Park, authorities said they found 15 pounds of marijuana in Landry Park's car. Also, after a consent search of their apartment, authorities allegedly found 30 grams of cocaine.

All four men are scheduled for arraignment Aug. 26. Ted Park and Landry Park will appear in front of Judge John Kinsella. Byun and Panezich will appear in front of Judge Daniel Guerin.
