Wheaton

Adults take aim at Wheaton Park District archery class

WHEATON – The Wheaton Park District will be offering an Archery for Adults program this summer, according to a park district news release.

The program will be headed by Cliff Beyer, founder of Straight Aim Archery, and will include the fundamentals of archery, including the sport's history, safety tips and equipment. There will be three sessions offered, beginning Aug. 6. The program is open to adult park district members ages 18 and older and is held at Wheaton's Toohey Park at 1900 Orchard Road during the summer and at the park's community center in the fall.
