WESTMONT – Maintaining an enjoyable, satisfying diet can be a challenge, so the Westmont Public Library is teaching the community how to add tasty yet healthy smoothies into the daily calorie count.
The Juicing and Smoothies for Health class will be at 7 p.m. Monday at the library, 428 N. Cass Ave. The class includes a free sample and a demonstration from Dr. Adam Meade of Abundant Health Chiropractic explaining how fast and easy it is to make nutritious drinks.
