Kids can learn about owls at Westmont Library

WESTMONT – Putting a twist on the traditional pig or frog dissection, the Westmont Public Library is hosting an Owl Pellet dissection class for kids ages 7 to 11.

From 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 27, participants will learn about the Barn Owl and discover what it eats while reconstructing a small mammal skeleton from the owl pellet remains.
