Westmont's Standard Market cooking classes feature mozzarella and pesto dish this week
WESTMONT – The summer cooking series at Standard Market teaches audiences how to whip, sizzle and put together different culinary creations.
This week's Summer School will feature Chef Colin Dalough from the Cheese Shop, who will demonstrate how to make fresh pulled mozzarella and pesto from scratch.
Class will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday in The Cube patio, 333 East Ogden Ave.. Tickets cost $25 per person and reservations are required.
