Thefts reported

• Between 10 p.m. July 7 and 8 a.m. July 8, a GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Hamilton Avenue. The total loss is $100.

• Between 10:30 p.m. July 7 and 6:30 a.m. July 8, cash was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of Revere Avenue. The total loss is $20.

• Between 8:20 and 8:40 p.m. July 8, a bike was reported stolen in the 100 block of North Roslyn Road. The total damage is $150.

• Between 1:30 p.m. July 9 and 12:30 p.m. July 10, a GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 5800 block of Doe Circle. The total loss is $200.

• Between midnight and 11:45 a.m. July 10, a GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of South Williams Street. The total loss is $240.

• Between 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday, alcoholic beverages were reported stolen from a garage in the 400 block of East 61st Street. The total loss is $120.

• Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 3 a.m. Friday, a wallet and sunglasses were reported stolen in the 200 block of Deming Place. The total loss is $100.

• Between 10:30 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 a.m. Friday, liquor and a set of keys were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Longford Drive. The total loss is $15.

• Between 3 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday, a bike was reported stolen in the 300 block of South Cass Avenue. The total loss is $150.

• Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 3:30 p.m. Friday, a bike was reported stolen in the 1400 block of Carriage Lane. The total loss is $400.

• Between 8 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Sunday, two cellphones were reported stolen in the 800 block of Burr Oak Drive. The total loss is $1200.

Battery

Erik Repak, 31, of 326 South Warwick Ave., Westmont, was charged with battery after punching a man in the face at about 2:17 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of East 55th Street.

Property damage reported

• Sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. Thursday, an apartment door was reported damaged in the 6700 block of Park Lane. The total damage is $300.

• Sometime between 7:50 a.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday, a window screen was reported damaged in the 6700 block of Park Lane. The total damage in $50.

License violations

• Willie Miller Jr., 21, of 514 Brookside Drive, was charged with driving with a suspended license at about 12:26 a.m. July 9 in the 0-100 block of West 63rd Street. He was also cited for speeding.

• Hugo Gonzalez-Torrijos, 23, of 6703 Cedar Lane #3, was charged with driving without a valid license at about 9:10 p.m. July 9 in the 0-100 block of West 67th Street. He was also cited for speeding.

• Emiliano Antonio, 33, of 2301 Trumbull Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license at about 7:11 p.m. July 10 in the 200 block of East 55th Street. He was also cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

• Christopher Box, 54, of 5521 King Arthur Court #6, was charged with driving with a suspended drivers license at about 6:25 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of West 55th Street. He was also cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.
