Missing West Chicago man found dead July 11

A man from unincorporated DuPage County near West Chicago was found dead outside of a residence on July 11, the DuPage County Coroner's Office confirmed July 15.

Aaron Brothers, 44, was found dead outside a vacant house at 28W588 Lester St. in unincorporated West Chicago by the DuPage County Sheriff's Office. Brothers had been last seen on July 8, though his family reported hearing him inside of his residence the next morning.

No outside foul play is suspected, according to the coroner's office. An autopsy was performed on July 12 and the cause of death is pending a toxicology and pathology report.

The sheriff's office sent out a notice stating that Brothers had been located and that the "missing investigation is now closed" on July 12.
