Mary Anne Blair appointed new trustee on Woodridge Village Board

WOODRIDGE – Mayor Gina Cunningham and the Woodridge Village Board appointed Mary Anne Blair to serve as the new trustee on the village board in a meeting Thursday night.

"We are excited to have Trustee Blair join us on the village board," Cunningham said in a statement.  “She has demonstrated a long commitment to our community with her prior service and we look forward to working with her on the board."

Blair servedon the Woodridge Board of Police Commissioners for 16 years, being named chairperson in 2008.

"I’m honored to be appointed to the village board,” Blair said. “I’m looking forward to continuing my service to the community and working with the members of the village board."

Blair has been a member of the Woodridge community for 37 years.

Along with Blair's appointment, Jeff Gaspar was appointed to the Woodridge Plan Commission and Randon Gardley was appointed to the Board of Police Commissioners.
