Riverside student to participate in White House Internship Program

RIVERSIDE–Two students from the Western Suburbs have been accepted in the White House Internship Program for the summer. 

Vinay Nayak of Oak Brook and Courtney Corbisiero of Riverside were accepted to the Summer 2013 White House Internship Program. 

The mission of the program is to make the White House accessible to students across the U.S. that aspire to be future leaders and devote themselves to public service.

Interns work in one of the White House departments such as the Domestic Policy Council, the National Economic Council and the Office of Cabinet Affairs.

Nayak attends Yale University in New Haven, Conn. Corbisiero attends The George Washington University, Washington D.C.
