WHEATON – The Changing Children's Worlds Foundation will host a golf outing at Wheaton's Cantigny course on Sept. 27, according to a news release from the foundation.
The CCWF partners with several community-level organizations to ensure quality of life for children around the world, according to the organization's website. All proceeds for this outing will go to one such partner, the International Child Development Program, which assists caregivers in meeting the developmental needs of children.
Registration is now available and will be $65 per person before Sept. 16 and $75 in the days leading up to the event. The outing will include a special presentation by retired Major Jack Erwin, who served in Afghanistan, on the importance of family.
