LA GRANGE – Nicksons Eatery in downtown La Grange will host its third annual Lobster Fest July 16 to 20.

Chef Nick Baca will create different lobster dishes, including a whole split-roasted lobster, lobster chowder in a bread bowl and spicy lobster cobb salad. Nicksons co-founder Rich Baca will bring back the vodka lobster martini, shaken with vodka and reduced lobster broth and garnished with a lobster claw.

The event will end with a Lobster Bash July 20 featuring live music and a Taste of Maine.

"To be able to have a perfectly prepared Maine lobster straight from the ocean to downtown La Grange, to your table at Nicksons Eatery, is a pretty tempting treat," Nick Baca said in a release.

Nicksons is located at 30 S. La Grange Road.
