Iwinski's relationship with the organization ended July 1. She had served in this position since September 2012.

"We wish Michelle the best of luck in her future endeavors," Smith said. "Immediately after the Fourth of July holiday, our Board of Directors will meet to determine next steps."

The Lombard Town Centre is an organization that works to revitalize the village's downtown through planning events, promoting local businesses and cooperating with the Village of Lombard to recruit new businesses.
