Police locate man who went missing in Addison

ADDISON – Police announced that they located and reunited a man who went missing in Addison Thursday afternoon with his family.

Addison police said Robert Tribbitt Sr., 79, was located by Northlake police around 10 a.m. this morning.

Tribbitt, who has dementia, was last seen walking near Villa Avenue and Lake Street late Thursday afternoon before he was reported as missing.

Tribbitt was visiting with a church group from Kansas City, MO and was staying in a local hotel.
