HINSDALE – The annual Independence Day parade in Hinsdale never disappoints, but this year coordinators made it a little more special.

Chicago Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville served as the grand marshall this year, and brought along the Stanley Cup as he showed it off to fans aboard a Hinsdale Fire Department truck.

The Chicago Blackhawks recently won their second Stanley Cup in four years. The cup is currently touring the area as each player and personnel member gets a day with the cup.
