Elgin woman charged with forgery and fraud

Donna Dupree, 51, of the 600 block of Ludlow Avenue, Elgin, was charged with forgery and fraud after an incident at 4:18 p.m. June 20 in the 1100 block of State Street.

DUIs charged

• Laura Shain, 22, of the 3000 block of September Drive, Joliet, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage after a traffic stop at 3 a.m. June 22 in the 10900 block of Lemont Road.

• Wojciech Krzeminski, 48, of the 13400 block of Arctic Lane, Lemont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage after a traffic stop at 7:45 p.m. June 25 in the 1100 block of State Street.

Lemont woman charged with domestic battery

Donna Kucharski, 55, of the zero block of Pine Needles Drive, Lemont, was charged with domestic battery after an incident at 3:55 p.m. June 23 in the zero block of Pine Needles Drive.

Joliet man charged with driving while license revoked

Santos Ortega-Bobadilla, 35, of the 1000 block of Wilcox Street, Joliet, was charged with driving while license revoked after a traffic stop at 8:25 a.m. June 27 at 127th Street and New Avenue.

Lemont man charged with obstructing peace officer

Rokas Pincius, 25, of the 800 block of Warner Avenue, Lemont, was charged with obstructing a peace officer, no valid driver’s license and improper lane usage after an incident at 1:50 p.m. June 27 in the 700 block of Porter Street.

Man charged with criminal damage to property

Preston Gowens, 18, of the 200 block of Stephen Street, Lemont, was charged with criminal damage to property after an incident at 10:21 p.m. June 28.
