Sentencing date set for Jacob Nodarse

Published: Tuesday, July 2, 2013 1:51 p.m. CDT

DARIEN – A sentencing date was determined Tuesday for Jacob Nodarse at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 13 by Judge Daniel Guerin at the DuPage County Courthouse.

The 26-year-old, formerly of Countryside, faces 45 years to life in prison for killing Lori, Jeff and Michael Kramer at their home in Darien in 2010.

Nodarse's sentencing date comes on the heels of Johnny Borizov's sentencing date, which was set Thursday for July 15.

After a four-week trial in May, a jury found Borizov guilty of three counts of first-degree murder and one count of solicitation of murder for convincing Nodarse to carry out the killings.

Nodarse could face life in prison.
