Low-cost pet vaccinations, microchips offered

BERWYN – Have your pets been vaccinated or microchipped? A low-cost solution is being made available to Cook County residents from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 9, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2378, 1529 S. Harlem Ave.

The pet clinic will offer one-year rabies vaccinations for $7; three-year for $21. Ferret vaccinations are being offered for $9. Microchips to aid in the identification of your pet in the event it is lost are available for $10.

The clinic is available to all dogs, cats and ferrets threemonths old or older. Pet owners must bring proof of residency and cash or check will only be accepted.
