WHEATON – The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County is hoping to take a look at the salaries of its employees, according to a district news release.

The Forest Preserve is seeking a firm to perform a compensation analysis on its professional workforce, which includes more than 350 full- and part-time employees, according to the release. It is looking to evaluate the district's salary structure in relation to the current labor market and hopes an outside firm can provide recommendations to attract and retain top talent, the release said.

Interested companies should submit to the District's Office of Human Resources a proposal that includes a company profile, details on experience, proposed survey methodology and a timeline. All must be received by July 12. Questions should be directed to the HR office at 630-933-7679.
