Westmont's Bakersfield puts a tasty twist on the Fourth of July
WESTMONT –Bakersfield's Executive Chef Brian Wright has created a Red, White and Bleu dish to celebrate the upcoming month of July.
Chef Wright has combined his Red hot buffalo wings and homemade Bleu cheese dip with an Allagash White draft beer. The patriotic creation is in honor of America's birthday as well as National Chicknen Wing Day, which is July 29.
Red, White and Bleu will be available from June 26 to July 31 at lunch, dinner and brunch for $10. Bakersfield, 330 E. Ogden Ave., is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
