DARIEN – Judge Daniel Guerin on Thursday issued a sentencing date of July 15 for Johnny Borizov at the DuPage County Courthouse.
After a four-week trial in May, a jury found Borizov guilty of three counts of first-degree murder and one count of solicitation of murder.
He could face life in prison.
The 31-year-old was convicted in May of orchestrating the murders of Lori, Jeff and Michael Kramer of Darien in March 2010 by convincing his friend, Jacob Nodarse, to shoot them to death in their home.
Nodarse, 26, formerly of Countryside, faces 45 years to life in prison. A sentencing date is expected to be set for him Tuesday.
