Hundreds of Woodridge residents without power

WOODRIDGE – A Public Works crew is clearing debris throughout the village while several hundred residents remain without power after Monday's storm.

Deputy Village Clerk Jack Knight said he doesn't know how long the households have been out of power.

"We're encouraging residents to call ComEd," said Knight, adding that Public Works had crews working late through the night Monday.

According to ComEd's outage map, about 200 customers have been affected.
