State reps to host Bolingbrook town hall meeting

BOLINGBROOK – Local State Reps. Natalie Manley and Emily McAsey will host a Bolingbrook town hall meeting at 6 p.m. June 27 at Village Hall, 375 W. Briarcliff Road.

Manley, 98th District, and McAsey, 86th District, plan to address recent legislative action in Springfield and answer residents' questions.

"We wanted to take the time to clarify any issue that residents may have," Manley said, explaining that talking points could range from the budget to pensions, marriage equality and gun control.

All participants are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and gain insight about the state budget and recent legislative developments.
