Police squad cars to take over Westmont's Cruisin' Nights Thursday

WESTMONT – Police squad cars, new and vintage, will line Westmont's downtown streets from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.Thursday.

Westmont's weekly Cruisin' Nights is taking on a law enforcement theme with activities all night long.

The event, at Cass and Burlington avenues, will be home to McGruff the Crime Dog from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., followed by a lights and sirens parade at 9 p.m.

Other activities include raffles for the Illinois Special Olympics and Kids Safety Programs, meet and greets with officers, games, crafts, trivia, police equipment demonstrations and more.
