4 charged in alcohol-related incidents in Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN – Glen Ellyn police charged four individuals in alcohol-related incidents between May 19 and 25, according to police reports.

Driving under the influence

• Alvin Luis Davila, 42, 351 Windsor Ave., Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and driving while license suspended at 3:40 a.m. May 22 at Lambert Road and Greenfield Avenue, police said. Davila also was arrested on unspecified outstanding warrants from DuPage and Stephenson counties, police said.

• Ann M. Abel, 44, 329 Kenilworth Ave., Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, improper turn at intersection and failure to signal at 10:41 p.m. May 25 at Crescent Boulevard and Main Street, police said.

Public intoxication

• Kyle R. Radon, 21, 400 Bryant Ave., Glen Ellyn, was charged with public intoxication and resisting an officer at 12:30 a.m. May 25 at 500 Pennsylvania Ave., police said.

• Ralph R. Robertson, 48, 703 W. Liberty Drive (PADS), Wheaton, was charged with public intoxication at 7:02 p.m. May 25 in the 200 block of Hawthorne Boulevard, police said.
