Motorist allegedly exposes himself to jogger in Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE – A woman told police she was jogging at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview Avenue and Hill Street when a man driving a dark-blue, newer-model sedan drove by her while fondling himself. Police did not find the man, and he was described as a heavy-set white man between 25 and 30 years old with a light complexion.

The case is still under investigation by Downers Grove police.

The incident is similar but different to a May 8 report in which a jogger told police she was jogging at Grand Avenue and 59th Street when a man driving a black, newer-model sedan pulled up next to her and honked the horn before exposing and fondling himself and speeding away.

The man was described as white, between 35 and 45 years old with short, light-colored hair. He wore a white T-shirt and did not appear to have any pants on, she told police.
